Please take a moment to carefully review these terms and conditions. By accessing and using the iCreated Studio website, as well as the services and information provided through it, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you decide to make a purchase through our website, additional terms and conditions will apply specifically to that transaction. You will be directed to review and accept these terms and conditions before completing your purchase.

Accuracy of Information

We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that the information presented on this website is accurate. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, currency, or completeness of the content on this website or any linked sites, and we disclaim any legal liability for any issues arising from or related to such accuracy or completeness.

Use of the Website

This website is made available to you under the condition that you accept and adhere to these terms and conditions. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all relevant local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

You further commit not to use, or allow any third party to use, this website for any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate purposes or in a manner that conflicts with the website's intended use or services.

Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on this website include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Indemnification for Loss or Damage

By using this website or the services and information offered on it, you agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities or expenses arising from or related to your use, including claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and legal fees incurred by you or third parties through you.

Intellectual Property and Copyrights

We hold the copyright to the website's content, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts, and databases associated with the services. Unless expressly permitted by law, you may not use or replicate our copyrighted material for commercial purposes.


The trademarks and logos featured on this website are the property of iCreated Studio. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited unless you obtain our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The content and statements provided on this website are general comments, and you should independently verify their accuracy. Except as required by law, we do not provide any warranties for our services, and we are not liable for any damages incurred due to the use of the website or our services, except to the extent mandated by applicable law.

Booking  & Cancellation Policies

Public Studio Sessions

Cancellations with more than 14 days notice: Notification by email with order number is required where you are unable to attend your booking. We will transfer you to a future class of your choice free of charge. Where there is no further available bookings scheduled, you will be entitled to a full refund. 

Cancellations with more than 7 days notice: Notification by email with order number is required more than 7 days in advance, we will make every attempt to offer your tickets to someone on the waitlist. We are unable to guarantee the sale of your tickets. Where we have managed to re- sell your tickets you will be issued with a studio credit coupon to be used at a later date.  

Less than 7 days notice: Unfortunately it is too short notice for us to be able to re- sell your tickets. You are able to transfer your tickets to a friend or family member that may attend in your place. Similarly,  if someone in your group is ill or unable to attend, you may bring someone in their place. Unfortunately, "no shows" will not be refunded or transferred.

Expired credits: We do not offer refunds expired credit coupons.

Private Studio functions

Private functions require a $150 deposit to secure a booking. The minimum number of paid seats required for a private event is specified during the booking process.

Rescheduling or cancelling a private event more than 4 weeks in advance of the session requires notification via email and incurs a $50 fee. If you reschedule or cancel within 4 weeks of your event, you forfeit your deposit (or an amount equivalent to the deposit if paid in full), with notification via email required.

Full payment must be made at least 14 days before your session and will be non-refundable for any cancellations within 14 days of your event. Failure to provide full payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your event, and you agree to forfeit your deposit.

COVID-19 Policy 

As per the government announcements attendees to iCreated Studio events are no longer required to show proof of vaccination, check in using the Safe W.A app or wear masks whilst inside the venue. This is applicable for all public sessions, including those held at iCreated Studio's Mindarie studio and any partnered venues.  Where a public session or private event is cancelled due to a Government-imposed lockdown, a credit voucher will be issued for the full value of purchased tickets. This credit voucher remains valid for three years from the issue date. Private event bookings will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive the deposit amount as a credit voucher. 

If you are feeling unwell please refrain from attending your session and give your tickets to a friend or family member.

Private Studio Bookings

Whereby conditions physically prevent the organiser or person the event is dedicated to from attending their booking, iCreated Studio will hold your funds and transfer your booking to a future date. A minimum of 7 days notice for booking transfers to enable appropriate arrangements to be made to facilitate the function. Proof of a positive test result or proof of requirement to isolate according to W.A. Health (where possible) will be required.

In the scenario where one of the event attendees falls ill or is required to isolate, Cabernet & Canvas will not be able to postpone your booking. Please understand that whilst we aim to be flexible, we have upfront costs and logistics to consider such as rostering staff for our events, booking catering and transporting equipment and we aim to minimise loss of income by enforcing these policies.

Public Bookings

If the unfortunate incident occurs where you fall ill to COVID - 19 (or one of its variants), or are considered a close contact of a positive case with symptoms, please let us know with as much notice as possible and we will make every attempt to offer the ticket/s of the affect person to someone on the waitlist. We are unable to guarantee the sale of your ticket/s. Where we have managed to re- sell your tickets you will be issued with a studio credit coupon to be used at a later date.  Proof of a positive test result or requirement to isolate according to W.A. Health (where possible) is required.

Refunds and Exchanges for Shop Products

Subject to the following clause and to the maximum extent allowed by the Australian Consumer Law,  iCreated Studio provides no warranties concerning the products listed in the Shop.

All products are accompanied by non-excludable warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, indicating they are fit for their intended purpose, of acceptable quality, and consistent with their description or sample. Should iCreated Studio violate any of these non-excludable warranties or guarantees, you are entitled to either a refund or a replacement of the affected products at your discretion.

iCreated Studio cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products if you made an error when ordering online or if you change your mind.

To request a refund or exchange for products that breach a non-excludable warranty or guarantee:

  1. Email us at hello@icreatedstudio.com.au providing your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Upon confirmation of your refund or exchange, we will provide a postage label for you to return the product to us.

  3. Once we have received the product, we will process your refund or dispatch the replacement product to you.

Participation at iCreated Studio Events

In exchange for participation in the activity of any and all activities planned, owned and operated by "iCreated Studio", of Shop 3, 4 Bergen Way, Mindarie and/or use of the property, facilities and services of iCreated Studio, I agree for myself and (if applicable) for the members of my booking party, to the following:

  • I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by iCreated Studio, or the employees, representatives or agents of iCreated Studio.

  • I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with any iCreated Studio activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my booking party, and further release and discharge iCreated Studio for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my booking party's use of or presence upon the facilities of iCreated Studio, whether caused by the fault of myself, my booking party, iCreated Studio or other third parties.

  • I agree to indemnify and defend iCreated Studio against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including lawyer fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my or my booking party's use of or presence upon the facilities of iCreated Studio.

  • I understand and agree that iCreated Studio will not be liable for any actions that I take or participate in during iCreated Studio events.

  • I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of iCreated Studio caused by my or my booing party's negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

  • Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in any iCreated Studio activity shall be resolved under the law of Western Australia.

  • I agree to follow all laws of Western Australia including laws regarding the consumption of alcohol.

  • I grant to iCreated Studio, the right to take photographs of me in connection with iCreated Studio events. I authorize iCreated Studio, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that iCreated Studio may use such photographs of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

You must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol. iCreated Studio is not liable for alcoholic consumption accidents or legal issues during events.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted at the iCreated Studio or venues hosting iCreated Studio events unless specifically stated. Venues for iCreated Studio events are not BYO unless specifically stated.

Public Classes may have a minimum participant requirement 48 hours prior to the event start time in order to be held. Any minimum participant requirements will be listed on the session booking information page. Painters who are 12 to 17 years of age must be accompanied by their parent/guardian in order to attend Public Classes.
